Meet Our Staff
Senior Pastor
Rick Stonestreet
Rick and Janet Stonestreet received the call of God to be the senior pastor and pastor’s wife in November of 2019. Prior to coming to Mountain View Baptist Church, they moved to California in 1987 and founded West Valley Baptist Church in Woodland which is still going strong under capable leadership.
In December of 1992, Rick accepted the call to be the pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Fairfield, CA where he stayed until November of 2018. After much of God’s moving on the Stonestreet’s life God moved them back east to help with revitalizing a struggling church. After fulfilling a one year commitment, God led them to Mountain View Baptist Church in Hesperia.
My burden and passion are telling people about Jesus Christ. I love the expository approach to preaching the Bible with an emphasis on practical and relevant application. Janet and I have been married since December 14, 1980.
We have two children: Nathan and Chelsea. We also have two dogs and one African Grey parrot. I love reading, traveling, fishing, hunting, and training my German Shepherd. You will find me occasionally smoking Tri-Tip or brisket on the grill as well.

Bryan & Hannah Spaeth
Bryan & Hannah surrendered to the Lord’s call into full-time ministry at MVBC in September of 2022. They have a burning zeal for furthering the gospel and standing for the Truth.
Bryan & Hannah were married in 2017 and have two children, Bryannah & Azariah. They also have 2 dogs and enjoy photography, reading, hiking, soccer, and family adventures.
It is their prayer that revival would occur in our nation and their desire to be a blessing to you and your family.
